Shipping Policy

Currently, we ship within the United States, with plans to expand our shipping services internationally in the future.

Shipping fees will be computed and presented at the time of checkout. Following order confirmation, all orders will be processed within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible.

All orders are dispatched via USPS. Once the order is handed over to USPS, any subsequent delays or incidents are beyond our control. If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, kindly contact us at hello@crewonmain.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate for you.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@crewonmain.com.

In the event of an incorrect address being entered during the purchase process, resulting in a shipping label being generated and scanned by USPS for dispatch, the client will be liable for any expenses incurred in generating a new shipping label for the correct address.

Please note that Crew On Main cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
